Discord bot and support
Link your NorthDNS account to Discord to see domains and mailboxes, receive payment notices and open support tickets.
Linking your account
Visit northdns.it/link or use /link on the NorthDNS Discord server: sign in and authorise Discord. Only your Discord ID and username are read. You can unlink from Account or with /unlink.
Commands
/domains: your domains and delegation status./mailboxes: the mailboxes of a domain./dnscheck: quick check of delegation, MX, SPF and DMARC for any domain./status: NorthDNS service status./faq: quick answers./ticket: open a private support ticket.
Notifications
With Discord linked you receive upcoming payment, payment received and payment failed notices by direct message, as well as by email.
Support
A ticket creates a private channel visible only to you and the staff. You receive the transcript when it closes. Staff will never ask for passwords, recovery codes or private keys.
