Referral programme terms

Participation
A code attributes a new registration to its programme. Registration alone does not create a right to payment. A reward applies only when explicitly described for that code and after a verified conversion.
Fair promotion
Anyone sharing a code must clearly disclose any benefit and must not use spam, misleading advertising, unauthorised trademarks, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent traffic.
Conversions and rewards
Conversions are recorded after payment confirmation. Refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or cancellation may invalidate eligibility. The recipient is responsible for taxes, declarations, and fiscal requirements relating to rewards.
Suspension
NorthDNS may suspend a code or exclude invalid conversions and document the reason. Changes affecting accrued rewards are not retroactive except in cases of abuse or legal obligation.
